Refund policy
What is your Refund/Exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In stock items are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition, accompany a proof of purchase and be in original packaging with tags still on the products. All sales are final on FINAL SALE merchandise. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.
Can I Exchange/Return a custom item?
No. Towels that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged. These are considered Final Sale.
Do we pay for return shipping?
No. Magnetfit Sports will not cover the cost of return shipping.
There is a Return Processing, Handling and Restocking fee on all returns for refunds, fee will be calculated at the time of the return, in most cases the fee is under $10.
